How Our Reviews Work
We're new, and we're building our reputation one kitchen at a time — honestly. Here's exactly how reviews end up on this page and on our Google profile:
- We ask every customer after the job. When the repair is done and the dishwasher runs clean, we ask: would you mind leaving a review? That's it. No pressure, no follow-up begging.
- Reviews live on Google — we don't filter them. What a customer writes is what the public sees. We never edit customer words, never cherry-pick which reviews show, and never pay to have a review removed.
- We never pay for reviews and never write our own. No review farms, no "friends and family" posts, no staff writing five-star reviews for themselves. Every review on our profile is from a real Washington customer whose dishwasher we actually fixed.
