We're Dishwasher People. That's It. That's the Whole Pitch.
A One Dishwasher Repair WA was started on a simple observation: every "appliance repair" company in Washington treats dishwashers as an afterthought — one line on a long list, serviced by whoever's free that day. We do the opposite. Dishwashers are all we do, all day, every day.
That focus is why our diagnosis is fast, our trucks carry the right parts, and one visit is usually enough. When you've repaired thousands of dishwashers, you recognize the failure before you finish opening the door.
What We Believe
- Diagnose, don't guess. We test components before quoting parts. Parts-guessing is how $150 jobs become $400 jobs.
- Tell the truth about repair vs. replace. If your machine isn't worth fixing, we'll say so — and we'll install the replacement.
- Upfront pricing, always. $89 diagnostic, waived with repair. Written quote before work begins. No exceptions.
- Warranty in writing. 90 days, parts and labor, on every repair.
Tacoma Headquarters, Statewide Service
We're based in Tacoma, WA — a real shop with real technicians, not a dispatch center in another state. From Tacoma we serve the entire state of Washington: the Seattle metro, Spokane, Vancouver, the Tri-Cities, Yakima, Bellingham, Olympia, and every town in between.
Our technicians are experienced, dishwasher-focused specialists with hands-on training across all major platforms — Bosch, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Samsung, and LG included.
Local Roots, One Specialty
We live and work in Washington. We know the hard water that films dishes across the state, the rental turnover near military bases like JBLM, and the older kitchens in Tacoma's classic neighborhoods. That local knowledge is why our diagnosis is fast — and why our repairs last.
